Due to different sensor material batches, there may be slight disrepancies in readings(within ±1℃ for temperature and ±5% for humidity).
Digital Thermo-Hygrometer FAQ
Why do products show reading deviations under identical conditions?
Can the battery of the device be replaced?
Some models with detachable back covers support battery replacement. However, disassembling built-in battery products is not recommended, as it may cause damage or render the device unusable.
Can the solar thermo-hygrometers work properly in low light conditions?
Products run only on light power may not function in dark environments. However, models with dual power supply (solar + battery) can operate normally in low light or night.
What does it mean when the temperature and humidity display shows "LL.L" or "HH.H"?
The display shows "LL.L" or "HH.H" when the temperature and humidity values exceed the measurable range. Normal readings will resume automatically once the environmental conditions return to the normal operating range.
How to reset the maximum and minimum temperature/humidity records on devices with this feature?
The device automatically resets the maximum and minimum values and restarts calculation every 24 hours after power-on.If your product includes dedicated max/min reset buttons as described in the manual, simply press these buttons according to the instructions to clear the recorded values.
The pool thermometer leans when placed in water and doesn't stand upright.
Please check and confirm that the pool thermometer has been replaced with alkaline batteries and that there is no water in the battery compartment. If the problem persists, please contact us for a device replacement.
Why is there water droplets condensing on the top cover of the pool thermometer?
This occurs due to temperature differences causing water vapor to condense inside the device.
Temporary solutions:
1.Place an appropriate amount of desiccant inside the pool thermometer.
2.Please ensure the device's cover is securely tightened.
