How to connect Bluetooth devices to the Smart Hub?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on your device. If the indicator light or LCD starts blinking, follow the pairing instructions in the manual. If there's no blinking, try replacing the batteries first and check again.
The Smart Hub cannot connect to the network.
If the Smart Hub has connection issues likely due to distance from the router, restart both your router and Smart Hub, then during reconnection ensure your phone and Smart Hub are placed close to the router before attempting to connect again.
Why canβt the APP display the temperature after connecting the thermometer?
Please replace with new batteries and reconnect the thermometer according to the instructions in the manual.
